reason for ban: Avoiding SS / Illegal Mods

What actually happend:
I wanna start of by saying that i fully deserved to be banned at the time. I was using the Mod Mousetweaks and when asked to stay online to get Screen-Shared i logged off.
I just started playing Loka and only used it as a means to duel my friends or play a bit of ranked in which i did not even perform well. Being quite new into the "competitve" Minecraft PvP scene i was just viewing Loka as a practice server with good performance and better players to play against then on other a bit more mainstream servers.
The actual situation when i was banned was during a sessions of private duels with a friend that actually basicly introduced me to the server. In those duels i did infact use Mousetweaks in order to pot so technically i was cheating. After a few rounds of being beaten after my death i had the well known bug which completly turned all textures of the game pitch black and makes it unplayable. To my knowledge the only quick fix to this is fully restarting your game.(i attached an example picture from the official minecraft website) Not only did this make it impossible for me to continue the duels it also made the chat fully unreadable.
This caused me to actually just log out the SECOND a staff member told me to screenshare my game. I am aware that this sounds insane but this is actually exactly what happend. My friend was screaming at me for logging and i instantly got permanently banned. I understand that you might not believe this but it is not the main point of the appeal so it is ok.

Why do i think i should get unbanned:
I did actually cheat with Mousetweaks but i promise you that with how new i was i did not know that they where actually considered cheating and are forbidden on almost all servers. At that time i was not only using them in Pot / Loka but also other Gamemodes with the most prominent being Vanilla. This ban actually "inspired" me to "change my ways" and become a legit player. I learned to pot and totem without the help of the mod and am now able to do both easily without any illegal mods.
Seeing how i now know that it is forbidden and also do not have the need for the mod anymore the risk of me cheating in this way again is minimal.
I also did somehow avoid the Screen-Share but again not intentional. My game was bugged and i was not even aware that i was told to SS till my friend told me. If i had seen the SS request i would have actually complied since in my mind i had nothing to hide and was a non cheating player. I would never willingly dodge a SS and will continue to comply to them in the future.
Recently my friends have started to get into this server again and i also miss playing on it. While that is not a reason to unban me i just feel like explaining the reason for the appeal.
I have now been banned for a bit over a year and i fully understand that its my own fault. I Just wanna say that i changed as a players in that time and would not break these rules again and that i am sorry for breaking them in the first place.
