+1 I've known Qual for a long time now like 4-5 years. In the past(2-3 years ago) he was definitely toxic and was undeserving to stay on loka. But as of the last year Qual has really matured as a person. I feel that since it has been well past a full year now, he should be allowed back onto Loka and prove that he has changed.
