I've noticed these past couple days ranked queues has been EXTREMELY long, upwards of 20m. Im not sure whats causing this but it cannot be normal

nobody queues anymore especially at the 8pm session

There were a bug or two that I think has been fixed. That wouldn't stop getting no queues depending on your rank though (if nobody else around you is queueing).
