Intro:
Hello fellow Lokans, I hope you're having a good day. My name is recusxnt, but some of you know me as StrafeNCrit. I have been banned for around 5 months now for hacking and take full responsibility for it. In this appeal I will explain everything and will be fully honest.
Ban Reason/Hacking:
Firstly, I would like to address my reason, hacking. When I was queuing loka ranked, I kept losing games left and right making me really irritated. During this time, I personally thought some of the people that I queued were cheating, leading me to make the decision to download Doomsday. At the time, I was in an angry state and was careless, not even thinking that these players were just better than me. When I downloaded Doomsday, I tried to even the playing field and try to use the advantages that I thought other players were using. As a result, I tried out different hacks that I could use like triggerbot, auto jump reset mod, and hitboxes. Since I was in the angry mood, I decided to test auto jump reset and hitboxes once again in Rivina. Using hacks during Rivina made it obvious that I was cheating as every time I was hit it would automatically jump for me. A few minutes into the Rivi, I was SSed by ChickPro. I apologize to those that were all legit that I queued in ranked or fought in Rivina like Qualifled and Swirls (There were probably more, but I don't remember). Although losing ranked games made me very angry, it is not an excuse to hack in any means and I take full accountability for this.
In addition, I would say that during the screenshare, I should’ve just admitted right away that I was hacking instead of wasting ChickPro’s time watching him go through everything on my pc. I apologize to ChickPro for doing this and it is my fault. I should’ve taken ownership of my wrong doings right away.
After Ban:
Since my ban, I have taken time to reflect on my actions and focused on more things in real life. Taking a break from Loka and stepping away from it made me realize I was spending way too much time playing Loka in general. After getting banned, it gave me more time to study and focus toward the second semester of school last year. This summer, I’ve been doing activities outside of playing video games like traveling, going to the gym, etc. Now, I occasionally join the VC with my friends that used to play Loka with and play other games like Valorant. In these past few months of being banned, I realized that I got mad at things way to easily and I've been improving on being more positive. Along with this, I have completely deleted all my cheats and have no cheats or illegal mods on my pc. If I get unbanned I am willing to get screenshared by any staff upon return.
Playing Loka:
I know I cheated on Loka and that this section doesn’t excuse me from my hacking at all, but I feel like you should know more about me. I started Loka around 4 years ago and was recruited by Coktail in the town of Crown. Later on, I went to eventually create multiple towns called New Atlantia and Aurelium with a bunch of my friends, while recruiting many people to my town. Furthermore, I miss playing Loka with all of my friends, along with participating in my friend Axiqnbros’ streams. I remember we would host a ton of Zyre tournaments and bring people to play in them for lores,etc. If I get unbanned I can assist Axiqnbros with his streams and the fun stuff he does on Loka, which many of the players enjoy.
Realization:
I realized that blaming other players for me losing all my ranked games and seeking downloading cheats completely dismissed the point of improving naturally.
Apology/Last Statement:
Lastly, I would like to say that I am totally in the wrong for hacking and there are no excuses for it. I apologize to every person I queued that I was hacking against and to all the admins. I understand that this may not be enough time to consider unbanning me, but if I were unbanned I will never break any rules again.
