The 3 month rule in my opinion and others would agree is really stupid and not needed. People can argue for both sides for it being needed and not needed but i think waiting another 3 months on top of there ban time for making there appeal to early is very harsh. I would say waiting a month max after posting the appeal is fair and and not over the top.
Alot of banned players are wanting to get unbanned but cannot because they posted there appeal to early.

Banned players have no right to be unbanned. They waste huge amounts of our time both in getting banned in the first place and then through appeals. If anything we will extend the time on this rule as many people's appeals are a bit of joke and certain individuals spam them. To add to this if we reject an appeal, there is zero chance we will unban them within 3 months anyway, as if we would then we would change it to a temp ban.

+1 it takes away the responsibility for administration to thoroughly review each and every case. It prevents the player punished from speaking up and providing evidence for three months if there is a clear and obvious administrative oversight. The amount of times I’ve been told or seen clear and obvious proof that a punishment shouldn’t be as harsh as it is and the administrative team made an oversight is out of hand and reversing this rule would allow players to speak up about it without being threatened with an even longer punishment/appeal time; my own mute included. I think the three month rule should at the very least be a suggestion that if players misuse, then staff should definitely deny it.

With that said I fully support punishing players by invoking the three month rule only on those who make meme appeals, alt, spam appeals, or flagrantly lie; make the rule apply to them, not to everyone else.
