No Plans to Implement remove vuln

i think vuln isnt a good thing..I think we should remove vulns, so people can fight whenever they want. Or just change it so if an alliance places on rivi/balak then it open their vulns, both of these ideas is really good. Theres some alliances where people doesnt have perms to place (plant), maybe this should be also changed to that every town owner has place perms

In all seriousness, yes. I need to be able to throw my month more effectively because the server is bugged and my subowner cannot be removed. I will place EVERY DAY ON BITS once this suggestion is added(it will)
