What you think is expected of position: I believe an LCR's job is to represent player interests as accurately as possible. Essentially, I think the LCR, ideally, would be an envoy between the leader and designers of the community and the most active members, seeking to refine and improve upon the lokan experience. Also, I think an LCR should be creating their own unique ideas, and proposing them to the community.
Why you think players should support you: As an active forums poster, player, and alliance leader, I think I have an interesting position of being exposed to qualms and opinions of alot of new players. Currently, the server's staff and LCR's are predominately old veterans, with years of experience and expectations about the server and what it should look like. As someone who both is somewhat new themselves, and has brought many new players to the server, I think I could provide insight/bring questions and concerns to the council that other players wouldn't be privy to. I'm also connected to most of the new and old players on the server, and a generally positive influence. Admittedly, I've said some regrettable things to people outside of the server, but nothing that bad and they probably deserved it anyways.
I've also ran several servers, some successful, and some not as successful, and have taken classes on game design etc. I think these skills, combined with some technical background of doing some system engineering, would allow me to give more focused, and precise advise on the servers gameplay loops and progression that other LCR's may not be as knowledgeable of.
I honestly only want this role to be teal in the loka discord.
