Ban Reason: Hate Speech & Harassment

Happy Holiday Lokans! I hope you are all having a good Christmas break. I would also like to thank you guys for taking the time out of your day to read this. I have made this post to appeal my ban on LokaMC. I would first like to start things off by apologizing. I sincerely apologize to all Loka staff and players that I have disrespected and been straight up rude to. I would like to individually apologize to Red Bugatti for what I said to him. I feel terrible for what I said to him.

Red Bugatti, I sincerely apologize for all those rude and disgusting words I have said to you. I was not in the right state of mind at all during those times and didn't understand how words could effect someone. I really hope you forgive me and we can rebuild our old friendship. I do miss playing LokaMC with you on your side and battling opponents at Gank Isle. It was a lot of fun and I hate what I said to you causing our friendship to be broken, and my ban to be enforced.

After my ban, I dropped my PC in my attic for months. I did nothing but work on myself and try my best to improve my mental health and my attitude. I will admit when I came back I wasn't the nicest person. I still had some toxcity in me and it really showed on a outside server called "Hoplite". Lately I have apologized to a lot of people for what I've said and building friendship with them. Since the day I was banned, almost every single day I have tried things to improve my attitude. Lately I have been self-reflecting on my actions and correcting them. I have lowered my temper by A LOT and dropped the ego. I have also found a good relationship with my lord and savior Jesus Christ. Who teaches love, compassion and a new attitude. I dropped drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking marijuana aswell! (More of a journey of quitting)

Loka is one of the things I enjoy most, I would love to have another chance on your guys lovely server. I won't ever make the mistake of being toxic again. Anger is something that has effected me my WHOLE LIFE and learning to contain it was the best thing I have ever done for myself.

Hello Loka players and administration, I'll keep this short. Fisher (aka Painlyss aka rnalol) has been one of my greatest friends throughout my online life; he has been a defining factor in the fun that is loka and video games as a whole, whenever I play anything with him it brightens my day. He is one of the kindest and truest friends I have ever met. He is always there for anyone who needs him and he is always the nicest in the VC. Although, I will admit he has had problems controlling his anger and has lashed out at friends and enemies alike, but, as Fisher mentioned, that was a long time ago. After talking to him recently I can safely say he is a much better person in all aspects and I heavily advocate for his unban. I miss when it was Fisher, Gqlm, Scot, and I playing Loka together, and I wholeheartedly know it is time for his unban. He is properly equipped to rejoin Loka and I can affirm he will not only be a better person inside and outside of Loka but also a helpful beacon to new players and old alike. Please unban my goat.

I’ve been trolling on forums a lot recently but I would like to take this appeal seriously and dignify it with an actual response

PainLyss has been a longtime friend of mine, I recruited him to Loka back in 2022, and I can confidently say he’s a far different person now than he was at the time his ban was issued. It has been well over a year since he received a perma ban, and I think he is one of the kindest and funniest people I know right now.

I miss playing Loka with him, and he’s popped into my VC’s a few times recently, most notably whenever I see him on Hoplite (a 1.9+ shieldless UHC server).

He has become quite active within Hoplite circles, and I’m sure many from those circles outside of the Loka sphere of influence would attest to his moral character and the kind of man he is.

I sincerely hope that his appeal is accepted and that he gets unbanned, because I think that he has become a much better person over the past year, and is a far cry from what he once was (just another toxic big ego pvper who only knows how to hurl insults).
