Rolling back things with Confirmation Messages

It's not necessarily new that these things happen, but over time, we've done a lot of rolling back of "accidents" that players have done. These kinds of things include accidentally leaving alliances, kicking members, etc. In instances where these kinds of "negative actions", per se, don't have a confirmation step, it's fair that we rolled them back. They should obviously have confirmation steps where you have to click "YES I ACCEPT TO BE DOING THIS BAD THINGERINO". Most of them now do.

As a result, now that you both have to type the command in full and then click yes, we will no longer be rolling back actions if players do these things from now on. So, to be clear we will no longer be rolling back oopsies that people are doing if the command has a confirmation step.

If you accidentally kick a member, leave an alliance, delete your town, etc - and the process has a confirmation step, that action is now final and admins will not intervene to fix it for you.

Go forth and confirm carefully!
