Response To Last Appeal: You were warned twice to remove the cape. The first was via mail, as you described here, but the second was via a /msg. You had ample chance to change the skin/cape, and thus the ban will remain for the time being.

Hello Loka staff,
I’m writing to appeal my ban. I understand that the reason for my ban was the Nazi cape I was wearing.
I want to be honest about what happened. I was wearing it as a joke and didn’t really think about how serious or inappropriate it could be. At the time, I was also new to Loka and didn’t fully understand how some things were handled.
I remember that one day a staff member named Mizolyryo told me to check my mail. Since I was new, I didn’t know how to access the mail system. I asked them what they had written in the mail because I didn’t know how to check it myself, but I never got a response, so I didn’t think much more about it. Some time passed, and then I eventually got banned while playing a ranked game because of the Nazi cape.
Looking back, I understand why I was banned. Even though I intended it as a joke, I realize that it was inappropriate and that I should have known better. I’m genuinely sorry for doing it, and I’ve learned from this situation. I won’t repeat it or use anything similar again.
I’d really appreciate it if you could reconsider my ban and give me another chance. I understand the rules better now and will respect them from now on.
