+1, I have known RoseyDeath long before I joined Loka, I full heartily believe that they should be unbanned for this, I occasionally see them on other servers and I have not once seen them jeopardize or continue doing actions that would result of any punishment on Loka, or anything near this offence. The 8 months should be a fair punishment for the ban.
