What you think is expected of this rank: A Sentry should be a responsible player who is familiar with the Loka rules. Sentries should be able to manage the chat and create a friendly environment for everyone in our community. They should be able to answer questions when one is asked and do their best to make everyone feel welcome on the server. Their goal is to ensure that Loka stays one of the most well respected servers in the 1.9 community, by keeping the game fair and fun for everyone, without bias or judgement. Sentries should always take their role seriously, and work hard to make a positive impact on the server.
Why you think you should become this rank: As a very active member of Loka, I constantly see players who either don't know the chat rules, or break them regardless. As a Sentry, it would be my job to correct these players and ensure that they know the rules going forward. I care very much about Loka, and want the server to be the best it possibly can be. I strive to be a helpful member of the community, and create a non-toxic environment for everyone who joins. It is very important that Sentries fully understand the rules, and can apply them without bias or prior judgement of a player, both of which I try my hardest to achieve. As a Sentry, I want to set a good example for other players in the community and always be someone who players know they can talk to if they need help.
