I want to +1 this post, but at the same time I'm not sure (due to Ringo's insight). Sami is usually pretty good in public chat, just a bit edgy when you get into private chats. He's a nice guy, and in my time knowing him I haven't had issues with him insulting me. I think that he has done a good job at running towns and bringing new people in. So, personally this between a +0 and +0.5 for me.
