What you think is expected of position: I believe LCR is a position where players can express their concerns to staff directly with constructive criticism. Within my 4 years on Loka, I would say that a majority of the community complains about one thing or another (not that it's invalid) but fails to give constructive criticism. LCRs should be able to take complaints/suggestions within the community and turn it into useful advice for elders. An example of this would be within the recent drama from Pearl Bomb, much of the conquest participants descended into chaos after a couple fights with pearl bomb, and just spammed " Pearl Bomb is broken. " An LCR should be able to take that complaint, and turn it into advice for the Elders/Guardians.
Why you think players should support you: Personally, I believe players should support me because I would consider myself to be an open minded player, I enjoy hearing other peoples sides and I even oppose some of my friends views i.e longwhalesong's suggestions for entirely flat maps. I also started back in 2020 and am still active till this day meaning I've kept in touch with many different groups of Lokans whether it be Builders or PvPers. TLDR: I am open-minded and talk with many different groups within the communty I.E older groups such as Noobville and newer groups such as Lemonade.
