witch hunter isnt as popular as it used to be now and from what ive heard the bow method has been patched, its pretty much impossible to do it solo or duo, maybe it could be changed when more people come into the zone the health should permanently go up until its deafeated so small groups can defeat the boss

This is already a thing. Health and damage scale with the peak nearby players (with a cap). If you can't solo or duo him maybe that's because he's not meant to be solo'd or duo'd.

I'm ngl its in a good spot, I can solo no problem, i usually die like 3/10 times when I try it, which I think is a good balance since I've gotten pretty good about killing it. Just gotta focus on the attack patterns.
