Could u show the screenshot in which he doxxed you? Make sure we can clearly see the dox so that we know you arent lying about it, lying under a ban appeal would be bad.
Sebby has personally admitted to it. This was not reported because Sebby was already permanently banned at that time. That doxx image itself was deleted immediately by the staff of the server where it was posted but this is him very clearly admitting to posting a doxx and instead of denying it, engaging in semantic mental gymnastics. I don't really know what you intend to do by jumping in here and just making up scenarios in order to discredit Cillia. The specific thing he is referring to is the doxx image posted by the person who made this appeal https://forums.lokamc.com/threads/jepen-ban-appeal.10656/page-2#post-137360 , which is made by a member of his community which has a long tradition of conducting such behavior. You can see the excuses made are essentially identical.

Doxxing is maliciously spreading identifying information which Sebby did and did not deny. Likewise if someone posted my facebook or instagram maliciously, it would be doxxing. Have i created the profiles on websites with millions of users? Yes. It does NOT matter because loka does not enforce doxxing rules only on information obtained outside the public sphere. That interpetation would mean that doxxing would only apply to someone physically sneaking to another persons house to take pictures.
Cillia had no way of removing that image from the discord in question nor did they add the slanderous accusation to said image (which btw is a crime in many countries). The ban log you posted is an irrelevant whataboutism based on lies which you will not be able to reliably substantiate. I hope you reflect on this and wonder why you are so strongly inclined to defend these actions.

it is completely different from someone finding your image on Instagram and posting it on loka, you can’t just boil it down to the 66k members part and compare it to instagram or facebook.The images were posted on another minecraft server which shares many players with loka by cilia themselves, that is the important part, saying that this interpretation means that doxxing only applies to physically taking a picture at someones house makes no sense
It does because the claim was that the image being in public (which cillia could not delete) made it magically not doxxing. Again cillia had no way of removing the image and sebby's friends also added a caption calling them a pedophile onto that image (which is again a crime in many countries). Loka shares even more users with instagram or facebook than it does with stoneworks. What matters for doxxing is that it is identifying information posted maliciously, not whether or not this material was made public previously (every single piece of data on the internet that is not illicit is by definition public). Loka has consistently enforced doxxing rules based on similar criteria, not whether or not the shared info was at some point made public (which again everything on the internet that isn't illicit is). These mental gymnastics did not work in Jepen's case and they should not work in this one either. Sebby was well aware why Jepen's appeal was rejected, even going so far as characterizing what Jepen did AS DOXXING. He did the exact same thing.
Again I hope you also reflect on why you think this should be defended and why your friends have the faces of their minecraft opps from 3 years ago saved.

And again, as you all can see in the messages posted by me, the context of that thing was that sebby and his friends joined a private server of me and my friends and just started pinging, insulting, doxxing me and my friends, thinking its just a fun thing to do. Can you all please explain, in which world is that a normal thing to do? I think its very clear that in that context posting old photos of someone was intended as an insult and to be transphobic, regardless of where the photos were obtained, those intentions are absolutely fucked up and should have 0 tolerance in any decent community, not to mention that, again, it is just straight up a crime in many countries, including the one where sebby is from and the one where im from
it is ENTIRELY irrelevant where and why i posted my personal data, it is my personal data and i can do whatever tf i want with it. And that gives ZERO rights to other third parties for its unauthorized copying and sharing to other places, for any intentions (especially for the intention of harassment), i think its an extremely basic and simple concept that most of the world agrees on, actually, its just some very specific minecraft communities that normalized breaching it
Most of what you are saying happened in 2023 when Sebby was 16 years old there has been plenty of time for him to grow as a person
