Just so there isn't further confusion the screenshots cillia posted about their conversations with sebby are from a few years back and the screenshots of my conversations with sebby correspond to events (which nobody here denies, only tries to make excuses for) that took place last year, around the 29th of october. I'll also stop arguing with people making childish insults. If elders wish to see further context around what happened I will be happy to screenshare it but won't release it here because that would just make me a doxxer instead.

And there is no Instagram general chat where all 3 billion users of Instagram chat together, if I post my face on Instagram rn it is reasonable to expect not a single loka player will ever find it unless they are purposefully trying to gather information on me to doxx me and even then it’d be hard to find, if I post my face on another Minecraft server which shares a playerbase with loka then that expectation of privacy is not there. I don’t get how you two are so hooked onto comparing it to having an account found on social media it, you should know that is is rly different. And you guys just keep throwing around doxxing doxxer doxxer as a buzzword when cillia posted their own face on countless occasions over the span of ages on a minecraft server, making no attempt to delete it for years, and now is on another minecraft server that shares a solid % of their playerbase. Alznder recently sent his face and pinged everyone in the public of the matrix discord with 1000 members, if someone there sends that image to their loka friend group I would not really call that ban worthy. But harassment is harassment and if anyone harasses them over it they should be banned but the severity is not on the same level as finding some victim and getting their social media and their face and everything and making it public, and you also shouldnt just be throwing around doxxer doxxer!

Cillia could not delete it nor is it relevant. The moment it is shared without the person's consent maliciously, it is doxxing.
It is an accurate usage of the word and is how loka enforces it. Doxxing is spreading identifying information maliciously without consent. Was it malicious? Yes it accuses them of disgusting criminal behavior without evidence. Is it identifying info? Yes it is their face. Is there consent? Certainly not. Feel free to provide an alternate definition that is consistent with how loka enforces its rules.
Loka is not instagram. If people want to share their own pictures with people that's their business but the moment it is someone elses picture, there is no consent, and the clear intent is to ridicule, harm, demean, or slander them, it should NOT be allowed. The moment you add these qualifications and exceptions, doxxing becomes easier to get away with and the fact is that it should bar you from the server for a long time, if not forever. Normal people aren't supposed to share or store that kind of info about other people. Changing this by setting aa new precedent on what is or is not doxxing, would only serve to INCREASE the amount of harrassment people experience due to childish minecraft beef.
Jepens appeal was rejected in part for doing the exact same thing Sebby did and Sebby is well aware of that.
It's both doxxing and harrassment. Someone's social media accounts are no less public than discord messages. Again there is literally 0 excuse to spread around and save the faces of ur mc opps from 3 years ago, let alone making false accusations about them.
If someone is spreading it maliciously without his consent then yes, he could likely report it if he so decides. People should THINK before they send pictures of other people just because they share a blockgame server.

this shouldnt work as an argument, i dont think you can compare instagram where people have their irl stuff on their with a minecraft community where you sent your face from your discord knowing people would screenshot and whatnot. Thats like asianbros being mad people made gifs of his face
Cillia did not consent to it being shared maliciously 4 years later. A shortsighted decision made by someone when they were an immature child should not excuse doxxing them years after to people who likely never saw the original publication to begin with.
Asianbros is likewise free to report anyone if they spread identifiable information of him without his consent maliciously. A picture being in the public sphere at one point is not license for anyone to use it however they please without it being considered doxxing on this minecraft server.
Doxxing someone with info that was public at some point IS DOXXING. It is not automatically criminal doxxing but loka doxxing rules aren't criminal definitions (most cases of doxxing on loka have not been criminal actions and have covered information already in public in some form) and what Sebby did falls very close to that in any case, given that it also makes false allegations against them in said gif.

but would that ban be the same length and severity as if i actually doxxed someone whos information was unknown? how the ban is treated would be more similar to a harassment one than a doxxing one, it should be much easier to appeal this asianbros face ban than a true dox finding someones private information
