SebbyV Ban Appeal

No ban if i send asian bros face
Ban if i send asian bros face and make fun of him

but would that ban be the same length and severity as if i actually doxxed someone whos information was unknown? how the ban is treated would be more similar to a harassment one than a doxxing one, it should be much easier to appeal this asianbros face ban than a true dox finding someones private information
If you send it without his consent and he reports you, you may well be banned. It is entirely up to the person whose info is being shared. Again Loka MC is a pvp minecraft server, not an imageboard or social media.

What does someone's information being "unknown" mean. Again, every single non-illicit image, account, or post is by definition public. Unless some stalker took the photo illicitly, every picture of people's faces that are published are also PUBLIC. Loka staff have clearly and consistently applied it in a way where the public or private nature of the information in question is not relevant. MOST (if not ALL) doxxing related bans have been for info that was in one way or another PUBLIC.

At what point do you propose this info becomes known? Should people have unlimited license to post pictures of me because I have been doxxed (by a member of your town no less) before? You still haven't been able to produce any kind of alternative definition of how the rule should be enforced, let alone any ostensible "benefits" it would serve. People should be harshly discouraged from spreading photos of other community members without their consent period. If people can't enjoy the community otherwise, they should probably leave and do something else.

u use the common sense rule like how sending it in a discord with 50k members that share a playerbase or if ur twitch streamiang and pinging loka or pinging it in a loka discord with 1k members

And it doesnt matter. What cillia did was shortsighted but that again is not permanent permission for people to share images of them and make accompanying false and disgusting allegations about them. The mere fact an image was posted somewhere at one point does not mean the original publisher wishes for freaks to spread it around 4 years later with the accompanying lies.

Also nice job flatly refusing to provide what I asked for. Where should the line be drawn and what benefits would it bring? I can definitely name the downsides, which would be enabling the harrassment and doxxing of members of my community and others. I'm all for looking at how severe or recent an offense was and adjusting the punishment accordingly but what sebby did was both relatively recent AND severe.
