Sihor Unban Appeal

+1. For all the time I have known sihor he has been nothing but nice to me. Me and him worked hard on a town every day during august and it was nothing but fun playing with him and joking around in vc. He is overall a great member of the community and cracks jokes all the time and there is always someone laughing when he is in vc so he should be unbanned.

+1 because while in vc he was generally kind to everyone complimenting them and gave a speech but I dont think he should be unbanned any time soon maybe like around Christmas time

+1
Would be awesome to have Sihor back into the community, while these previous bans/ mutes did happen, they don't represent Sihor as a person, from what I've experienced when being in calls with him.
LET HIM FREE

I agree if it was a ban for toxicity. But for a glitch, while raiding (First offense of anything of the sort), I feel like 2 months is fair for that. Like I said in the appeal, I do know that my toxic past has contributed heavily to this permanent ban decision. If I were to be unbanned, I would accept staying permanently muted. I just want to enjoy Loka in a positive, non-toxic way, unlike how it was.
I agree that your final ban reason maybe wasn't great, but your certainly twisting this, you have thankfully cared to share with everyone that you were an already perma muted player but failed to mention that you were the tightest leash possible given a last chance of reform through discord in game and everything and simply didn't even care, often joked, and made no real attempt to change at it.

You're simply fortunate enough that you got to play long enough to do that glitch, if any vc RP / Noobville had been sent to Mag with you in it, you would have been gone a lot sooner.

Don't try manipulate the facts. You were perm muted. You were on a last chance for ANY rule break and more specifically toxicity within the community.

Don't act out as if it's just for glitching.

2 Months for something that was easily avoidable, given ample time to adjust and the final rule break being something you damn well knew wasn't allowed, as you played for long enough to know this.

-1. First, 2 months for a permaban appeal is not enough. Second, we're fine without this toxic kid in the community. Third, you should be banned for life for all the times you joined voice calls just to insult players.

Also, I agree with what lurn said.

Very True, I just want to tell you that I am not trying to manipulate facts, I am rather just making an unban appeal.
This is how I recall my punishments on loka-
1. Warned Mulitple Times for Chat Offenses
2. Permanently Muted For Toxicity
3. Got into mulitple arguments with Loka players on discord.
4. Recieved Magpieman’s final warning aka the tight leash.
5. Raided Dong Donk and used a glitch to get into a shulker box through a door.
6. Permanently Banned for reason “Abuse Glitch to Raid”.

This tight leash you’re referring to was ONLY about toxicity and how I needed to stop, before futher action has to be taken. At the time, my immature self said, “oh well if its only for toxicity, using a little glitch while raiding wont get me a permbanned”. I was obviously wrong. Rules are rules. Yes, I shouldnt have glitched while raiding, Yes, I was extremely toxic months prior to my ban, Yes, I believe now I am alot different and have changed for the better.

But you guys can be the judge of that.

+1 I’ve personally never had a bad experience with sihor, he’s always been very nice to me.

I think if you really cared about loka you would've stopped your constant harassment and toxicity towards other players after your first warnings but no you kept on being toxic and harassing people you even threatened to pull up and shoot someone in a vc

Initially I could have excused the abusing a bug to raid for incompetence, but now you claim to be fully aware it would result in a punishment but did it anyways? that's even worse lmao.

How recently are you suggesting you changed? Because just over 2 weeks ago you gave me the impression you were still hot-headed by poking the bear and picking useless shouting matches to have with others in a loka discord. I might just be ignorant in saying this but if you genuinely have changed in that short amount of time I flat-out haven't seen it.

Yes, you havent seen my change because I have left most heavily related loka discords and have only been talking to few people that play Loka. I havent had a “shouting match” for a long time, even though multiple people message me to go in vc and yell at people over petty reasons. This is also why you haven’t seen it yet, as I have been working on myself IRL (which I stated in the original appeal). Just know if I were to return it would be a astronomical change from the old Sihor that you knew.

I never said I wasnt aware. Yes, all of us knew if we were to be caught there would be punishment. A permanent ban I did not foresee at the time but yes, it was not worth it.

Ok, I agree with you I did care about loka but I was very full of myself. This is why I did not stop after the first warning. But, threatening to kill someone is complete slander. I have never and will never threaten someone’s life over in game conflict. If this did happen I was most likely referring to killing someone in game. NEVER IRL. Just wanted to make that clear.

I'd like to just start off by saying I'd like to eventually see you back on the server. I don't hold any ill will toward you and I'd like to see almost anyone who's been banned mature and want to come back as a more amiable person. That being said, I am honestly pretty disappointed to see that this appeal is hardly changed from an appeal that was written entirely by someone else.

I'm not trying to imply that it's not okay to ask for HELP in writing an appeal, but barely writing anything for yourself just shows that you couldn't have cared that much. It's cropped at the moment in case they want to stay anonymous but it was sent to you, you(or maybe even they, since they said they'd work on it more, I'd left by that point) added 1 or 2 sentences, and posted it here 4 days later. Even the person that actually put in the effort to write the appeal clearly didn't care about it as they later wrote. . .

Hopefully you're back online raiding my town at some point, but with the low effort put into this appeal and how recent your permanent ban was, I can't support it.

So, for everyone reading what Bat has just said. Yes someone did help me write an appeal for me to use. It does not mean it is not Sincere. He and I worked on it together as the person that wrote this discord dm is a lot smarter than me in English and Writing. I sent him my original appeal and he just put a couple of extra touches, and then I took this appeal and added a couple of additions back to it, and we have the final draft which I posted. It doesn't matter if the person that helped me doesn't like Loka or not. He is just a lot better at writing essays and papers than I am.

Is there a rule against helping others with unban appeals? May I remind you that multiple appeals in the past have been co-worked on by others. So no, this is not just a one-man project, remember I am trying to be unbanned, so if myself or one of my friends knows someone or has good experience in writing/English of course I am going to use it. So unlike what you said no, this is not made by just one person. He sent it in there for everyone in there to see if there's anything I should add. That was the whole point of the group chat in the first place.

Also, the guy that helped I do not know him. We were dming on discord about the unban appeal. I did not know he was banned or whatever, but just to let you know, no, I don't talk to this guy anymore after the unban appeal.

you can hardly claim you didn't figure he was banned when he said he hated all loka staff?

you just let a random person you don't even know write half your appeal? like what, either way I hardly think this will be the deciding factor at all just interesting
