Of course I would know this more then anyone, it's a large part of the reason that I didn't receive admin, since that is what you are referring to but yes of course I agree but personally I'm unsure if at the age of 14 that a person has the ability to separate there emotions and such from there duties I.E when dealing with matters, if the staff believe that is an age in which someone can be clear in such decisions then I will respect there decision but this is just my opinion, I would like to see this application when he is 15-16 personally
Dude already supposedly does this every time he makes a decision as a sentry. If anyone has an example of when Silent storm has let his immaturity/emotions get the best of him instead of just saying to young/immature that would go a good bit further.
I don't really know silent terribly well at all so I can't speak to his ability/maturity but if you're going to give a reason to say naw to an application an example will do far more than just saying why.

There is a reason that server is poorly run. They value a number over what people bring to the table.
This is where I simply disagree, although I don't believe that I would have been bias or unclear in my decisions atleast I can understand why they were spectacle and safe about it, something I'd advise to be taken here
If it isn't clear I have nothing wrong with silent he is a really chill and cool person, I just personally don't think it would be any harm for him to retain his position as a sentry until he is about 15-16 and to apply again this is merely my opinion.

Just to clarify I don't doubt his ability to do so, I've never known him to be bias or unclear in his decisions it's just more of a trend that I've noticed staffing or playing on various servers that nearly always occurs with the younger staff- like I said personally I would just like to see him as sentry for a bit longer, hopefully all this ontop of my previous post makes sense
Is there a desired time limit from staff on how long they would prefer someone to be in a certain role before promoting them? I can see what some here are saying by expressing concern. However at the same time, I do like Silent, think he is a good person and is well rounded and does have my +1 if he is granted this role.
I don't think it is fair to blame silent for his age, if he is dedicated, he's dedicated. That's all that counts. When it comes to personal situations, those are hard to believe who did what.

+1 young goat mature guy good staff
Silent is very mature for his age and is a very dedicated player/staff member on the server. I have no doubts he will exceed in the role of guardian and will be a bright/positive contributor with a great future on the admin team. I think what is misleading and great about the staff team is you don't need to be 18+ years old to become an admin, and with a clean slate aswell, Silent is a great candidate to fit the role.
