What you think is expected of this rank:
A Guardian should be someone who is deemed trustworthy by the community, and one that can communicate with the community and other staff members well. They should also have an amazing understanding of how the server works, to make sure they know what they are doing and can do their job well. Guardians should also be prepared to do whatever it takes to make sure order is maintained on Loka and to catch rule breakers that attempt to ruin the gameplay for others, and the entire server.
Why you think you should become this rank:
I believe I should become a Guardian because I wish to help out the server in ways I simply cannot do with Sentry. I have noticed the amount of work Guardians do to make sure the server runs smoothly, and I believe I am prepared to join them to help them achieve this goal. I would help with town betrayal situations, as someone who has been betrayed many times, I have a special set of skills that have presented themselves from years of being betrayed, such as the ability to think clearly about what happened, and how to resolve it. I also have a lot of time to do my job as Guardian and will have even more with Spring and Summer breaks approaching.
Adding onto the previous reasons why I believe I should become Guardian, I know that I can communicate with other staff members to make the server better and to maintain order on Loka. I understand that some might think I cannot withstand the pressures of being a Guardian at this time, and to those that think that, I cannot say anything else but you are mistaken. Through my almost 4 years of playing Loka, I find that I know this server inside and out, almost like the back of my hand, I also have met countless people that have helped develop my character over the years. Since I have started playing Loka I have had a mission to help the server become better for those who play on it, and as a Guardian, it only helps more to achieve that mission.
Furthermore, I would like to say that I believe that I am ready and mature enough to become Guardian. Like I mentioned before, I have been playing Loka for almost 4 years, and judging by my persistence in applying for this rank and other ranks like Sentry, you can see that I desire to help Loka and its players. I do believe I am ready to accept my position as Guardian if the Elders accept my application. If I get denied again I will come back to apply again for Guardian, more prepared, and changed, to get further in helping Loka prosper.
