-1 i dont think he is legit and it seems like only people suspected to be cheating have these cases of their ss messing up or randomly getting banned for no reason really wonder why only people who have alot of people saying they cheat have these bad cases of screen shares

Even if he deleted them himself, isn't it too harsh to get a permanent ban just for violating those rules?
I definitely don’t think it’s too harsh to ban for this. I’d imagine it is standard practice. When you are being screenshared and you delete things, it’s inherently suspicious. They have the right to ban for that and you are explicitly told to not do things like that during SS (it’s certainly common knowledge too).

As for the appeal, well it’s confusing? A lot of it is due to the language barrier no doubt. For starters he says the file was deleted 9:28 which should be mid screenshare, so chickpro should have had access then and they both should have been watching. He later says the file was “allegedly” deleted which would imply he’s disputing if it was even deleted at all but I am guessing that’s some sort of mistranslation.

I feel like we see a lot of appeals like this where someone gets banned during screenshare and then staff respond with the other side of the story, so it’s too early to judge IMO. The name of the file is also entirely irrelevant, the name does not indicate the contents and what it does. I also just can’t imagine (any natural way or reason, I am aware it is possible and IIRC it something some cheats do while self destructing? Don’t quote me on this though) a jar file (that I’m guessing was in the mods folder) would just get deleted by itself? Idk we should just wait and see the other side of the story, it’s hard to +1 or -1 based on the information given.
