Ban reason: racism and bullying

Hello Loka community, 2 years ago I got banned for racism and bullying, which I believe I was deserved the ban as I was toxic and racist, but now that it has almost been two years and I have matured greatly and have improved as a person changing from these ways. I would now like to apologies to who that had been bullied by me, whmp/b1ttermilk. I haven't talked to him since I got banned and I am sincerely sorry for the words that I said to him, I hope to believe that they can see that I have changed since then (if he even sees this appeal). And finally I would like to apologies to the Loka community for what I had did and the staff for wasting their time and having to deal with me. I wish to be able to play loka with my friends again, thank you for reading my appeal.
