This is what skyrim looks like for me now. Out of the blue, nothing different on my pc or anything, and relogging doesn't help. It has no effect on interacting in the game or anything, just textures. What do I do?

Back up saves, re-install is your best option.

Alternately a texture pack might work if there are decent Skyrim ones out there.

Alright, update.

I uninstalled skyrim, copied the saves I wanted, and deleted everything both from steam and from my own computer. I cleared my recycling bin, totally wiped skyrim. Then I reinstalled it, pasted my saves back in, and went into the game. My saves were there, and I can play them normally...

But the textures are still the same as in the picture.

Have you tried scraping the burnt bits off?
