Ban Reason: illegal mods
Hello, I want to start by apologizing to the Loka staff and everyone in the community for what I did that got me banned. I was banned for illegal mods about 5 months ago. I know I messed up by using mods that aren’t allowed, and I’m not here to make up excuses or pretend it didn’t happen. My ban was deserved, and i take full responsibility for that
The mods I had were freecam, health indicators, and mouse tweaks. I get that these are not allowed on Loka, and it was on me to double check before I joined. No matter what I was thinking i broke the rules and I get why I was banned. When a staff screenshared me and showed the list of banned mods, I admitted straight away that I had them. I didn’t try to hide them or lie i just wanted to be honest since I knew I messed up
Outside of Loka i mostly play neth pot servers where these mods are normally allowed. Because I was so used to playing with these mods i didn't think twice about having them installed. That was completely my mistake. I should have taken the time to read Loka's rules and check which mods were and weren't allowed before joining the server
At the time i honestly only logged onto Loka for wars and didnt know much about the server. I never really cared much about diamond pot so I never took the time to familiarize myself with the rules or the allowed / disallowed mods list. Looking back i realize that was a careless decision. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse, and I understand it was entirely my responsibility to read and follow them
Since being banned, I've started getting much more interested in diamond pot outside of Loka, and I've wanted to become more involved in that part of the community. Unfortunately my own poor judgment prevented me from doing that. Being banned has shown me how important it is to understand and respect a server's rules instead of assuming the mods I normally use elsewhere are acceptable everywhere
I've removed the disallowed mods from my modpack and will make sure every mod I use is allowed before joining any server in the future. I have also learned how to play without using any of these mods
I also want to apologize to any players I fought or killed while I had those mods installed. I realize now that it was unfair to them, and I’m sorry for ruining anyone’s experience during that time.
I understand that I am not entitled to another chance, I'm simply asking for a second chance after making a dumb mistake that I genuinely regret. If I'm given the opportunity to return, I'll make sure I follow every rule and prove through my actions that this won't happen again
