Bug slow 4 bug

I feel as since slow 4 is a strong enough debuff as is this should be removed, when hit with slow 4 it gives the same triple jump thing as turtle master and I feel this should be removed since it makes the debuff more op.

the double jump was intended to balance turtle master, not add an additional effect to the slow 4 debuff itself.

just saying that if that got removed it doesn't need any more nerfs
