Reason: I would like to use the Sodium mod because my fps is garbage on Loka and I think people should get a chance to use a mod that betters fps. I just wanted to post this now before Loka updates to 1.16

+1 there is literally no reason not to add this. It might not have shaders, but for people who need the frames this is huge. It is one version ahead, but just approve it before.
