Sougola is active, both as a helpful town member, and in Conquest Battles, and has been around for as long as i remember. He might not be the most active and helpful player in chat, since he was never taught English and is 100% Self taught. (sometimes turn out hilarious 
)
He has been our "Master at Arms" and training every new player we got in PvP .(With a huge dedication i must point out) I get at least 10 Duel Request each day from him
But even with hes language barrier, he has achieved quite alot. and gone from being a normal Citizen in New Ibbish to Sub Owner. I remember showing him a few tricks about building at not many hours later he was building towers and houses in New Ibbish.
I also know he might have a bit long fingers when it comes to going into enemy towns and snatching a few things but he never hurts anyone in doing so.
I might also add it was hes idea to build an Arena so we could host Tournaments.
I know he was banned, but he was back on the minute he was pardoned, wich to me shows nothing but hes love for the server
I definitely believe that Lokas one and only french monkey deserves to be a Slicer
