Suggestion Speed 1 while above cobblestone buff improve

Improve the speed I buff while above cobblestone

My suggestion:
Make it so not only cobblestone counts has the block to give speed I, but maybe all the stone related blocks, and even wood planks!

Why: Legit this buffs is completly useless cause barely no towns have the floor only built by cobblestone

could instead make it so it gives speed 1 if say on y 62 u had cobblestone then on y63 u had the floor design it gives the effect if cobble (block) (air) = floor
