+1 simple immature mistake and im sure he's learned his lesson. agreed with adzy... trap him in the nether until he beats the firestone to prove he's worthy..
 
Two months isn't exactly a considerable amount of time even if he really wants to play on Loka. Give it another month or two I'd say.

Depends on the violation to be honest, its hard to classify other cases as a comparison or equivalent to this one or anyone in particular. This is why staff takes them on a case-by-case basis. Unless on the other hand, you are hinting at a trend of inconsistent bans on people for similar punishments based on status/playtime / or just in general?
 
what i done was very very wrong and should not have been done and yes i did deserve my ban that i got but i can put a promise that this issue shall never occur again

someone did the exact same thing who had been playing for longer then splinian when he did it and he got a one month
 
Hard to believe that it was your brother that just so happened to log on... and as other people have said 2-3 months is not a "considerable amount of time", especially after cheating multiple times. -1

i can provide proof that he did he is sitting behind me right now.
 
We will not be lifting this ban as not enough time has passed. You were temp banned 5 months ago for hacking, then again 4 months ago for the same reason. Then 3 months ago you were caught hacking for the 3rd time and perma banned. On two different occasions, you then tried to bypass the ban on alts, and we highly doubt they were both your brother... You had your chances and you chose not to take them.
