again it was his younger brother i've been in vcs with both of them and unless it was in conquest no considering he had been on for 3 - 4 days this guy has been trying to get back into loka for months and he only alted once idk where you got the "Multiple times" part

Beating a dead horse but you're banned, they're not. If you feel like their breaching the Loka rules of harassment that's a separate conversation.
This is your ban appeal, make yourself look your best instead of proving other people are equally toxic.
