what if every 6 months, everybody over the rank of Emerald I will get one SS token, with this, they can request an admin to look over somebodies pc, if their requested player is caught using something like cheats, they simply get their token back, if not, they lose it.

please let me know if this is a good idea / better ways to balance it

There are around 50 players who are Emerald 2 and above right now, giving all of them a ''summon an admin'' button is just impossible. Plus, we already SS as much as possible based of off player reports and anticheat alerts.
