wats hentaiBecause she admitted to repeatedly pleasuring herself to sexualized illustrations of very young girls, which is pedophilic behavior by definition. No normal person finds the illustrations she describes in the videos attractive and the target audience for the genre of hentai she describes in those messages is not a mystery
let a pedo represent loka just what everyone wants to seeOur stance on Kylaz comes down to looking at the situation in absolutes, like we do with any similar such case. Character, popularity, status, contributions to server recruiting, etc do not factor into how we considered her case.
In pure terms:
- What happened was over a year ago.
- There is no victim involved, therefore nobody to report an issue.
- We do not see any bar met for being an alleged danger to the community.
Given none of these apply, there is no action to take on our end.
i dont think its fair to punish sm1 because you think they might commit a harmful act in the futureThis just feels like an insane and unjustifiable decision to me. The precedent it sets is extremely bad.
How long ago something happens has little relevance in an extreme situation like this one IMO, if anything the fact this was as recent as a year ago is what makes it extremely alarming. The evidence here is not in dispute whatsoever, the source of the evidence is Kylaz herself and we only have access to it because it (successfully) attempts to show that she had genuine concern about her urges and that she sought out help, and thats good for her and all but I really cannot comprehend why you would ever let someone with these urges remain on the server when the playerbase is full of kids. There was no victim involved so why not take the precautionary measures necessary to ensure this remains the case? When is the bar for being a danger to the community met? Is it met in the scenario where someone gets taken advantage of or harmed? Whats the point in allowing that to be a possibility in the first place?
i actually think it might be fair to keep someone with a sexual attraction to children away from childreni dont think its fair to punish sm1 because you think they might commit a harmful act in the future
if you are supporting kylaz you gotta be sick in the head shes literally a pedophile and needs helpi dont think its fair to punish sm1 because you think they might commit a harmful act in the future
bare minimum mani actually think it might be fair to keep someone with a sexual attraction to children away from children
she likes minors?i actually think it might be fair to keep someone with a sexual attraction to children away from children
yeah idk bro these are like #1 pedophile arguements ive heard on stoneworks every time someone got exposed for liking anime kids theyd go "theres no victim" "its just illustrations" "theres no danger to the community" but in the end stoneworks would ban them but im literally seeing these exact same arguements being posted by cryptite LOLwait so if I admit to pleasuring myself to anime depictions of underage children, i wont get banned off of Loka because "there wasn't a victim"????
what is happening bro
its insane this classifies as a pg server but someone who shows clear attraction to children is allowed to be a slicer let alone a community rep. Just because there is no victim doesnt mean this person doesnt pose a threat to children on this “pg” server, keep up the good work cryptiteyeah idk bro these are like #1 pedophile arguements ive heard on stoneworks every time someone got exposed for liking anime kids theyd go "theres no victim" "its just illustrations" "theres no danger to the community" but in the end stoneworks would ban them but im literally seeing these exact same arguements being posted by cryptite LOL
does playing dumb get boringi dont think its fair to punish sm1 because you think they might commit a harmful act in the future
It almost always is though. Players aren't dumb and a lot of players muted/banned for harassment already do put it together. If there's any chance that providing context to a punishment will give clues as to who "got them in trouble in the first place" then it's a literal nonstarter and betrays the entire harassment handling system.

This comparison is a bit flawed since IRL the law is all encompassing and law enforcement can (often relatively easily) ensure the safety of the victim during a formal trial. Loka rules are not all encompassing and Loka staff do not have that same level of control, if someone doxxes or harasses etc. and their victim gets them banned and somehow that person (if they have done it to multiple people) is not sure who got them banned, it is reasonable for Loka staff to not give that information because Loka staff can only ban on Loka and the Loka discord and they cant do anything about harassment or doxxing etc. that continues outside of it, so they might put be putting the victim at risk of more targeted harassment that they would have no power to stop.View attachment 15529
If people who have had way worse things done/said to them (IN REAL LIFE)and are still forced to testify/make it known that they're the ones who, in loka terms, "reported" someone, why can't people in a block game do the same thing?View attachment 15530
It's also worth mentioning that real-life law ≠ loka rules. This comparison is a bit flawed since IRL the law is all encompassing and law enforcement can (often relatively easily) ensure the safety of the victim during a formal trial. Loka rules are not all encompassing and Loka staff do not have that same level of control, if someone doxxes or harasses etc. and their victim gets them banned and somehow that person (if they have done it to multiple people) is not sure who got them banned, it is reasonable for Loka staff to not give that information because Loka staff can only ban on Loka and the Loka discord and they cant do anything about harassment or doxxing etc. that continues outside of it, so they might put be putting the victim at risk of more targeted harassment that they would have no power to stop.
But I do think this should be reserved for more extreme situations and someone who said something dumb in chat or whatever and got muted for it should be told what they said
