From defending a pdf to now talking about harassment, if you have some harassment issues go report it

Isnt it funny how fast u change the topic and try to use sexuality as a shield against all *evil* basically what u r saying is like: „being a pdf is nothing wrong and ppl harass them bcuz of the cp enjoyer being trans”
i genuinely think theres something wrong with that guys brain like i also dont think kylaz should be banned but you cant just use transphobia and harassment as an excuse

You say i change topic, but it started with your personal attack on me lol, oh yea sorry for making it personal i guess..

And yea i reported toxicity and harassment on loka numerous times and the best staff ever did was a warning, usually they just do nothing and ignore /reports for half a year and afterwards delete them

If the reports go like „help me this person used the wrong pronouns!!!!” Noone should be shocked that they ignore it lol, get a grip

If there was a server that truly had zero tolerance policy for any bullshit, for any slightest toxicity and inappropriate behaviour, yea id 100% stand behind banning kylaz there

Loka isnt such a server, very far from it, and when people who harassed kylaz for being trans for years now scream about this topic the loudest, something just makes me think that caring for children safety isnt their main motivation

Also i generally think its weird to think a lot and discuss what others jerk off to, like why do people even care? Is it a crime? No. Is it weird? Yes. Should it be bannable on a Minecraft server? Arguably yea especially if kids play it

Loka rules are generally extremely vague and unenforced, i think this server really need a more comprehensive rulebook, i feel like a good chunk of it wasnt touched for like a decade

Youre telling me to get a grip, youre arguing with people online about what someone from the other end of the world that you barely interacted with jerked off to. Are you deadass?

dawg they jereked off to animated depictions of CHILDREN

you needa be locked up if you genuinely side with kylaz

???????????? If you are jerking off to drawings of kids nobody is weird for discussing it, she is weird for doing it! Why would people not care?
Is it a crime? No.
Only because US law is extraordinarily poor on this issue. Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition is one of the most controversial supreme court rulings of the last 30 years (for protecting sexualized drawings of little girls under free speech / 1st amendment). It is strictly against the law here in Canada and the same goes for the majority of EU states IIRC. Legality does not make something moral or acceptable.

What is the point of typing all of this if you agree it is severe enough to warrant a ban? You are just making 0 sense and arguing for the sake of arguing

After further internal debate with the entirety of our staff team, we have decided to reverse our decision with regards to Kylaz. Our staff raised concerns and felt strongly that it was worth a greater discussion with the whole team rather than, in this case, keeping it to a smaller number of decision makers. Enough staff members had real concerns with the public evidence that was out there that they didn't feel comfortable with the decision we initially came to. As a result we have decided to ban Kylaz.
