Rejected Subscriber Spawn Rockets

So this is a really, really old bug, yet I can't find any mention of it in any thread. The Subscriber perks state that we are supposed to have unlimited rocket use at Spawn. However, we don't truly do; we only have infinite rockets while flying, and placing them still wastes them.

I'm pretty sure this is a minor bug/suggestion.

No endless parties then... I wanna party and fly. Regardless, if not fixed it should still be updated in the perk list that it's for flying only.
