Reason: illegal mods(mouse tweaks)
Date of ban: 03/31/26
Hello Loka players and LokaMC staff.
I would like to appeal my ban for using the Mouse Tweaks modification.
Before getting into main topic i want to state that i was playing loka very rarely. I was only getting for fights from time to time for short ammount of time then stopping playing for some time and the circle was repeating. I did not read rules at all and didn't check which mods are not allowed on the server which is fully my fault.
I want to clarify that i did not know using this modification is bannable and I did not inentionally use any prohibited modifications. I was not aware that the modification was present or that any mod i installed from some modpack could be detected as a illegal.
I was fighting other players in ranked pot while having this mod without knowing that it's not allowed and while one of the staff team started screensharing me and asked me am i using any type of illegal mods. My response was ,,probably not'' which obviously doesn't excuse me from what i did but only state that i was not aware of that this mod is illegal.
I understand that the importance of keeping the server fair and that staff have to enforce the rules when someone is breaking them or something suspicious is detected by anti-cheat. However it was a mistake made by me for not checking rules and mods before playing and unintended situation rather than delibarate use of an illegal mod.
I would appreciate it if my case could be reviewed again, including any available evidence regarding the ban. I also made sure that i don't have any type of illegal mods anymore that could potentially violate the rules so that this does not happen again.
