Hello Loka Community. I am here to appeal for the third time for my unban.
I will start this appeal by explaining the first ban reason. So, I got banned on the last day of 2024, when I sent a DM to the admin Kxph, confessing that I was helping my friend Danito alt on Loka, which got us both banned a few hours later. Not only that, but I was also being really toxic to some players privately. The reason that led me to confess this was because I was getting bored of Loka, and because Danito flagged his alt account by mistake, which made him unable to log into it. For those who don't know, the alt is escartxa. So yeah, I mainly confessed because I knew sooner or later the admins would find that weird and get us both banned. I just sped up the process.
Another thing I would like to make clear is that, on the first appeal, the admin mentioned I was "lying", but they did not mention what I was lying about. I suppose it was this exact quote: "Also, no! I did not help him from the start, I didn't know it was him at first, but when I eventually discovered it, I ended up going along with it for some time..." Danito started alting by himself. I just ended up discovering it because of one of his mistakes, since he kept sending me screenshots of himself in-game, etc. Instead of reporting him, I decided to go along with it since, well, he is my friend, and the server was really boring at that time. After that, it's self-explanatory. We started playing together and even made two towns together (lol), etc.
Then came the second ban, which led to my second appeal being rejected. After getting rejected on my first appeal due to not enough time having passed and because of the "lying" reason, I got really annoyed by the rejection, since in my view, the fact that I admitted everything to the admins would be some kind of point in favor of getting unbanned more easily. So instead of waiting, I decided to alt around October (I think, I'm not sure if it was earlier or later). It didn't take long for me to get discovered and banned once again.
Since then, I decided to simply wait patiently and think about my actions. I can guarantee the staff that a lot of things have happened in my life, good things, and I am not as immature anymore. I turn 18 this September, and I wanted to get unbanned so I could play sometimes when I'm bored, since, to be fair, I don't really have much time besides weekends and during breaks.
Overall, that's it. I hope the Community and Staff team can find a reasonable solution for my actions.
