Since many times there's a lotta people on loka and by how the way the organization and stuff is on tab you can't always see everyone online, so add commands to toggle certain groups of people in tab to see other people, /toggle Hostile/Neutral/Alliance/Nomad/Ascalon/Garama/Kalros
