Which rank you are applying for: Guardian, as seen above in the title
What you think is expected of this rank: For me, I believe that being a guardian means you watch over all players, whether they be staff as well, or new players alike, and make sure that none of the rules set are being broken. I believe that being a guardian is one of the most passionate ranks you can have on the server, because you are watching over everyone and helping anyone that you can, as well as giving out disciplines when they are needed.
Why you think you should become this rank: I want to be guardian because I know that I am able to help players new and old with any problems that they have. I enjoy talking to players and being able to show them and tell them what they need to do and solve any issues they might have. I know that throughout my time on the server, there have been a lot of ups and downs. Between drama with other players and own personal issues. But I believe that I deserve to be a guardian because I'm active on the server, I help players when it is needed, I pay attention to what is being said in chat. I always want to learn more about the server, as well as how I can help in the little and in the big ways that are possible. Even though there have been a lot of issues recently with other players and myself, I believe that I can make the server better, as well as work on myself while teaching other players how to play Loka.
When you started playing on the server: I started playing on the server in September of 2016, to which I have taken 3 major breaks, all about 1 month a piece.
Time zone: Eastern Standard Time
How often do you play (hours a day/week): I play every day on the server, and hours per day would mainly matter on what time I am working the next day. I'm normally on after 5pm when i work until about 1 or 2 in the morning; and on days off I play as much as I can, sometimes playing for 10 or 11 hours straight.

+1 You might not notice it, or just don't pay attention, but tera does her job all the time. She is constantly regulating chat, even when she is in a discord call with people and they are on loka she is constantly moderating them to the server rules. She always reports what she finds illegal, and always makes sure people get the punishment the rules state they should. She is a very active player and a great contribution to the Lokan community. I agree with her becoming guardian, it would allow her to do even more to help the server than she currently is doing (which is still incredible). I do think she is ready to become this position. If you think she hasn't played the server enough to become Guardian, Gibon just had his first year anniversary and has been Guardian while she has played for over a year.

I'm not going to lie, this part scares me a bit. Guardian's are important members of the community that generally don't brush off issues with others that simply. Issues with a significant amount of others should be promised to be set aside when dealing with admin duties and should be overlooked to avoid favouritism as opposed to just stating the fact that you have and continue to have issues. The role of Guardian requires responsibility, a quality you have not proved to have (in my eyes) throughout your time on Loka. This can be seen be repeated punishment of some people for minor things and lack of enthusiasm to punish other for more 'major' things in chat. It also requires a clean, level headed temper, of which, you (in my eyes) do not (always) posses. Your hard work and dedication are unfortunately overshadowed by these key flaws. -1 from me. Although thats just my opinion on it. I truly would like to see you as a Guardian one day, I just want to say that from what I have gathered, today is not that day.

These seem more like Sentry qualities to me, as I pointed out last time, Guardian applications that have been accepted in the past due to the positive impact they have not only had in the community (which you have done) but on the server itself (which I believe you haven't yet). Such an example can be found in Sku's app. Not only has he become a known player over his time on Loka, he has committed time to Loka in other ways then just playing (EldritchBot)(which I believe you have not yet accomplished.). If you want to help in both little and big ways, I personally would encourage you to think how you could dedicate time outside of gameplay before you take further steps into Guardianship. (PS. If your app isn't accepted and you choose to create another in the future (which I would encourage you to do), the fact that you pay attention to chat doesn't set you far ahead of most people(especially for Guardian)).

I think you can absolutely be a great guardian someday, but it wouldn’t hurt to spent more time as a Sentry first. As I’ve said before, I spent three years as a Sentry before becoming a guardian.

If you spent three years as a sentry, why didn't you complain about Mrp and Gibon becoming guardian in under a year of playtime? Tera has played longer than a year while these guys have guardian in less than under a year. Looking through your perspective (atleast what I got from that), they should have spent more time as a sentry also.

Some people are ready for Guardian sooner. One person in Loka’s Past went from Slicer to Guardian. MrP and Gibon have done a lot of behind the scenes work as well. Like Red said, Tera hasn’t accomplished this quite yet. Everyone wants to see Tera as a Guardian someday, however some of us think she should take a little time.

I have actually asked multiple times to help with other guardians and cryptite. So the behind the scenes work isn’t really my fault though.
