I tried to set up my territory beacon while standing at y=21. It says the beacon must be between y=20 and y=250. I'm wondering if I go a bit higher, will that fix it? (It would be nice to know before putting in that work). Has anybody else had this problem?

The extents of the building (top right corner to bottom left corner) must be above y20 in order for it to work.

Okay, I went up to y=22, and it worked. I overlooked the glowstone lamps that it sinks down into the floor. Sorry for the bothersome post--feel free to delete it.
