When i try and type /pts it says unknown command type /help

You can't get to PTS atm because it's a separate server. Also worth noting that when you get added to PTS you get your access removed after a day, so I think it'd say this regardless.

normally it would tell you something like the world isn't open/online or you don't have permission so seeing unknown command isn't normal
