Which rank you are applying for: Guardian
What you think is expected of this rank: Guardians are the Admins of the server, they're the people you go to when you have an issue or a bug, and they do what they can to get the issue fixed as fast as they can. A guardian should have a clear understanding of the rules of the server and what they entail so that they can appropriately respond to a situation quickly without hesitation. One of the most important things about being a Guardian is that you're ruling needs to be unbiased, otherwise, when you make a judgement, your reasoning will be questioned. I think the most vital part of this role however is that you need to be known as an approachable person, if people feel as if they can't come to you with an issue, there's no place for you on the staff team.
Why you think you should become this rank: It's no secret that if accepted this will be my 3rd time being a Guardian, I've been in this role before and I know what goes into it and what's needed of the role. I think that during my time on Loka I've made myself known as a trustable player with at least a tiny little piece of integrity, in my times being a Guardian before I've done my best to provide the best service I can to people when dealing with an issue of their's, and I intend to stand by this same standard of work when being in this role again.
It would be fair to question why I'm applying again if I've resigned twice now, I can completely understand if people have worries about me just resigning a few months down the line again. But I can say with full confidence that this time I'm around for the long haul, the last time I resigned I was dealing with some heavy personal issues that at the time I thought would completely change my life. I'm happy to say that these issues have now passed (for people that are aware of the situation, THANK GOD AMIRITE) and I've given myself time to recover from them. I'm ready to dedicate a chunk of my time getting back to doing what I enjoy, serving the player base of Loka
