The Lumber Mill is now available to build for all towns with a logging skill of level 20 or higher!
In the coming weeks keep an eye out for the other 3 gathering industries which will also be unlocked at level 20 in that skill. The Artisan Industries will come later down the line but will be unlocked at level 40 instead of 20. Also to note all industries will come with an NPC that will sell you various items, however they are a bit shy at the moment.
All the gathering industries, including the Lumber Mill will work in the same way. They have an input chest where you place the appropriate tool, (axes for Lumber Mill) and an output chest which generates resources based on the biome your town and T gens are located. The more territories you have the more resources the gathering industries will generate. Increasing your level in each skill also improves your industry.
