You play on a PvP server which advocates raiding. Get raided? Well, either get revenge, rebuild, or quit. Raided someone else? Congratulations, you are playing on a server that advocates it.
Don't like stealing? Oh well, gg, you're getting stolen from, try and become an admin, 'cause as long as you're online, you're never getting stolen from.
As for Psy? Psy is not a bad person. He plays on a server which is part of Minecraft, which is a sandbox game. Sandbox games can be anything you like; it just so happens, this server likes PvP and stealing and raiding and lying and backstabbing. There are thousands of other servers. Don't like it here? Want a safe, perfect town? Play on a different server. Like the community? You can always log on and chat people up, nobody's going to stop you.
Nice players always lose? Nice players should play the game in the first place. You stole from Psy. gg. Psy attacks you in response. gg. If being a "nice player" involves getting raided from and consistently complaining about it rather than continuing to play the game that is Loka's pvp and raiding system, then I'll be the first to say it: I am a terrible, terrible player. Not the worst, but not nearly close enough to be a nice player. (Then again, I suppose I need to actually log on in order to be considered a terrible player, but w/e.)

I think something very effective to do when you get raided is whine to the admins. If they listen to you, you might just have shut down a loophole, if they don't, a player can always turn to the forums and start a flame war.

For starters, bacon is delicious, and I the picture was funny, but still, I gotta breathe, I gotta eat, I don't gotta believe anything that anyone rights on this forum. My opinion of certain players is sealed. You can try and chase me out of the server, but at the end of the day, alone we may survive, but together we will thrive.
