I'd accept your request if you'd even had the bother to make your appeal yourself in the first place, I've only made responses poking holes in the logics and reasonings for unbans and given my stance on adequate proof for an unban, I'm allowed to do this and will continue to do so, don't be so childlike to request I stop commenting just because of that, I don't hate him it's the other way around

I couldn't make the appeal at the time as I couldnt log into the server because I was banned, and Cryptite helped me out, I was very clear with my points as i said i dont want you typing here if you're gonna beef, there is no "childlike behavior" besides the fact that you are beefing in someone's ban appeal that truly cant give a flippin shit about your beef with someone else, you have the freedom to comment I dont care, so long you aint beefing here thats fine with me, take up in dms with him, mr "childlike behavior".

The only toxicity I ever displayed on this thread was towards Vexaay, if you can even call it that, it was banter me jesting at his minecraft KD, truly isn't that deep especially when you consider the kind of stuff he regularly says to me! Apologies for not accepting your rq on discord I usually deny them all

To clarify events. A Guardian received evidence of an echo scan on another server that linked the two accounts Vexaay and Theme. As Vexaay is a banned player on Loka who has a history of ban evading and Theme had only been on Loka for 3 weeks, it appeared they were very likely an alt and banned Theme.

While there is every chance that at some point these two have shared accounts in the past, this has not been done on Loka. As a result, we will be lifting the ban. We would like to apologize to Theme for the inconvenience caused by the false ban. Please ensure your account is secure and nobody else has access to it and enjoy your time on Loka.
