When looking into how to validate the .txt I can find literally nothing of use, so again, you have my word (and the video which shows me opening the properties file and updating it) so take it or leave it.

We want to protect the community and revoking your ban would be a net negative for the server. Your actions were way beyond the usual level of harassment and it was so obscene that we don't see any future for you on Loka. We don't believe the severity of what you have done has sunk in and we have no plans to ever lift this ban.
