I don't know that much about the loka community and specifically its staff team, but I hope you guys are old enough to sympathize and look back with personal experience at yourselves during your teenage years to see just how much a person can really change just in 2 years, especially at such a young age as 13.

He was talking about it 3 + Hours before... he msged me and wanted to see if it was to soon for him to get unbanned The current state of loka seeing if the community would even want him back etcetc i just caught him up on the current state of loka and its toxicity and basically gave him boundaries how he should act

It's not doxxing, sure, but it shows a continued disregard for the rules of the server. If you don't care enough about our rules and try to alt, why should we care to unban you if you continue to try to break our rules?
I believe tinder got in contact with some old friends he used to have and logged on to see how the server is now a days for a brief second, it was after that and him talking to some of the people in the loka community he then decided to give it a genuine shot with an honest appeal since he actually has matured a lot.

But yea, forgot to clarify that ofcourse alting is a breach of server rules and he should not have done that. But I still hope you guys will recognize how much maturing a person can do from 13-15 and develop a somewhat adult-like moral compass on matters such as doxxing that makes the internet an unsafe place

IIRC he was suspended initially from the server for harassing and bullying me?(this is what I’ve been told) Hopefully the fact that I’m the one advocating so hard for him carries some weight and attests to how much he has changed as a character.
Hopefully some leniency will be shown so he can continue to prove himself on how his character is moving in the right direction and will continue to do so.

He’s certainly not flawless, never claimed he was but certainly has matured enough to a point where he’s no longer harmful enough to keep banned after almost 2 years. You must give people the opportunity to rehabilitate.

-1 Doxxing and alting are different, so continuing to use “he doesn’t dox anymore” as a defense to the alting won’t work. Another thing, just because you are influential or popular on one server does not mean this server thinks the same. In fact it’ll probably lessen his chances of being appealed by trying to use your popularity as a reason to unban. He was toxic and did a lot of damage to the community, so I think it would be quite risky to allow him back in. I understand he says he’s better, but he’s also said in his appeal (assuming it was him who wrote it to you to send) that he is still toxic. Clear no from me.
