It’s not a defense to alting, it’s to prove that he’s on the right path to developing a proper moral compass and hopefully will continue to improve even more as he grows older if given the second chance to prove this.

He doesn't doxx anymore because he technically only "doxxed" once by posting a Twitter in the og RP discord which other people had already sent to him and being spread around. He was 13 and made mistakes people ain't perfect and never will be especially at that age. Young and dumb.
i would be open to making his ban a temp one though i just dont think thats appropriate considering his recent breaking of the rules. i think it would have showed he was more genuine if he just did not alt before making this appeal.
I definitely do agree he shouldn’t have alted, but I must say I don’t think alting equates you necessarily aren’t genuine about an overall improvement of character and specifically in regards to actual harmful stuff like doxxing.

Tinderr is on my top 3 of the least amazing people to ever set foot on lokan soil. Not only did he doxx staff members and be possibly the most racially charged player ever, but now thinks that alting doesn't determine whether or not he should be unbanned. I have no real impression of how he's acted since being banned, but just based on the responses on this, it would tell me that he has no sense of right and wrong when it comes to the very clearly written rules.
As to being young and impressionable, I would highly suggest changing who you surround yourself with if you still think that alting right before making an appeal is ok. -1

If you are somehow given the impression that he thinks alting is okay after reading this as you claimed then I think you should read it all over again.
Nobody said or claimed that alting is okay, only thing I've said is that alting does not really have any relevance to whether or not someone finds doxxing unacceptable or not.
If he didn't think it was ok then why did he alt literally on the same night he made an appeal? Clearly something isn't lining up here.
I already explained that in one of the messages on this thread, he alted and logged on to see how the server was now a days for a split second and talked to some old friends to catch up, then AFTER doing a few /duels he decided to give an unban a genuine shot and log off the alt and start writing his appeal.
I think the point is going over your head a little bit,
We care about alting, the ban appeal is about so much more than what he was banned for. I think if the player learned and acknowledged what he did was bad he shouldn't be appealing or continue to appeal a ban.
Look, my main argument is that he has matured a lot, actual very harmful things like doxxing and ddosing is not something he would even consider anymore, he's not a flawless person by any means but I genuinely don't think he poses a threat big enough to keep his 2 year old perma ban for doxxing.
Perhaps you're appealing for it to be changed to a temp ban then?
I don't think there's much of a place here for people who continue to break rules though.
EDIT: Also, I'm seeing a lot of this, 'im not gonna claim I'm a perfect person' junk in appeals recently. We never asked you to be, infact we're really asking a bare minimum imo. Don't break the rules, that's all you have to do.
Ban evading, then appealing once that account is found out and banned, is not the way to go to get unbanned. This alone is more than enough reason to reject the appeal. 4 months ago he tried to ban evade multiple times, and again 11 months ago. The harassment, doxing and racist messages he sent to players both in and out of game during the year prior to his ban were really bad and serious. As to whether he has matured and become a better person since then is irrelevant because of the ban evading. He would need to stop ban evading for a considerable length of time for us to even consider an appeal.
As for MDjayy, you actively played with someone you knew was ban evading on the server, failed to report him and made a ban appeal on his behalf once we banned the evading alt account. As a result, you are being temp banned for a month in line with others who have done a similar thing recently.
