Make it so every month there's a new town competition, whether it's like:
"Which Town can get the most conquest kills?"
"Which town can enchant the most?"
"Which town has the best slogan?"
I don't know, something nice, goofy, and silly that can encourage friendly but competitive competition. Rewards could be maybe a cool tag that says "July 2026 Monthly Competition Winner", extra buffs in their industries, or opycs.
