i believe that the cooldown to give town ownership after joining should be reduced to like a week at least, as the only purpose it serves is that it is harder to sell towns, but if someone wants to by a town for a lot of money they would be willing to sit there for a month anyway, it just makes everything inconvenient. Or, if they have already been in the town before for a long period of time they have no cooldown or the cooldown is reduced, as that means they were an active member anyway and not just instantly joining to buy the town.

It was supposed to prevent town hopping but people just give there town to there recruit and go anyway it didn't fix anything it just created a nuisance to sell/buy towns.
